We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated fitness coach to help take care of our Facebook community at Aligned Fitness. As our community manager, you will make sure every post in our community is responded to, keep the community engaged, keep clients excited and happy, and answer any fitness/mindset/training questions our clients have.

Position is 1.5 hours a day total M-F. Schedule is as follows:

7:00-7:30am PST

2:00-2:30pm PST

6:00-6:30pm PST

Hours and times are not flexible.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that every single post is commented on and reacted to within the 30 minute shift

- Keep the energy of the FB community up. (posting wins, celebrating clients)

- Giving direction and answering fitness/nutrition/mindset questions when needed

- Answer every post with enthusiasm and positivity, motivating clients in a way to keep them consistent along their fitness journeys. Each comment must be positive, heartfelt, and valuable answers/responses.

Qualifications:

- Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent certification from a reputable organization

- At least 1 year of experience coaching clients

- Knowledge of a variety of fitness programs and nutrition plans (reverse dieting, tracking macros, hormonal health, calorie deficits, etc)

-Must know how to track macronutrients and how to give feedback on helping clients hit their macros in MyFitnessPal

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and inspire clients

- Strong typing skills needed!

-Experience with Facebook app (mobile or desktop)
