Our modern gyms and functional areas feature an extensive range of resistance machines and free weight equipment. Members enjoy access to up 40 group fitness classes each week ranging from high intensity, low impact, mind body, and aqua classes, as well as amazing pool and aquatic facilities.

About The Positions

We’re hiring energetic Fitness Leaders and Group Instructors to join our highly motivated, fun and skilled team of fitness professionals at Pimpama Sports Hub and Upper Coomera Aquatic Centre.

There’s flexibility to work across the centre’s operating hours (early morning, mid-morning, evenings, and weekends). Casual hourly rates for Fitness Leaders start from $34.88 per hour and Group Instructors rates start from $55.81 per hour (rates exclude super and applicable penalties).

Fitness Leaders

Our Fitness Leaders are passionate about providing a welcoming and positive experience for members at the fitness centre. You use your specialist knowledge to design fitness programs which help members achieve their health and fitness goals, conduct one-on-one client training, and you are trained and able to conduct a range of group fitness classes. With a demonstrated fitness industry background, you have sound ability to perform operational procedures including opening and closing, setup for classes.

Group Instructors

Whether it is Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Running, Spin, Zumba/Dance, ABT/Pilates, Yoga, HIIT, or a Functional, Strength or Stretching class, we’re looking for experienced and passionate Group Instructors to help people move better, feel better and get more active. You have a contagious energy and enthusiasm, and the confidence to make exercise fun and enjoyable, keeping members coming back for more.
