Position: Receptionist

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors to our facility.
Handle incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a comfortable experience for all visitors.
Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and updating personal information as needed.
Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth patient check-in and check-out process.
Manage electronic and paper-based records accurately and with strict confidentiality.
Provide administrative support to the healthcare professionals and staff as required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in using computers and basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
