Evolution is a premium fitness studio in South West London. We deliver high-quality indoor cycling, strength and conditioning classes along with top class Personal Training. We’re currently looking for a rockstar Strength and Conditioning Coach to become a key part of a young, dynamic and inspirational team of coaches, delivering world-class training to everyday people.

Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be expected to:

Deliver group strength and conditioning classes for up to 18 people
Deliver exceptional one-to-one coaching
Deliver first-class programming for clients to ensure they achieve their goals
To work under the Head of Fitness (HoF) to ensure all coaching delivery is tip top and delivered in the EVO way
To become a brand ambassador both in studio with members, and digitally through sharing and supporting EVO’s digital content
Work with the HoF to really drive the EVO vision in all fitness offerings and ensure the studio and equipment is always kept tip top and tidy
Be friendly and communicative with the members and the EVO team
Be ultra-positive, professional and bring a solution-based can-do attitude

Person Specification:

Skills/Experience:

1-2 years, experience of working in a professional fitness environment or equivalent if studying for S&C degree
Coaching experience of one-to-one and group fitness
Excellent technical coaching skills
Olympic lifting experience
Programming skills and use of programming apps like True Coach
Basic understanding of nutrition for fat loss, healthy nutrition and lifestyle
A strong understanding of the importance of customer experience, with the confidence to engage directly and motivate people
A team player, being client focus not self- focused
A high level of personal presentation, energy and positivity
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Education & Qualifications:

Minimum level 3 personal trainer
Basic nutrition knowledge (a recognised qualification desirable)
Olympic lifting qualification desirable
Pre- and post-natal fitness coaching qualification desirable

Contractual Details:

Hours of Work: 20/30/40 hours per week options

Days of Work: Shift work, Monday – Sundays inclusive, with appropriate breaks – 6:30-21:30

Salary: £24,000 per annum (FTE) + benefits

Holidays: 28 including public holidays

Pension: 3% employer contribution, 5% employee contribution
