Our Studio/clinic: Our clinics integrate traditional methods of Physiotherapy with the well known rehabilitation and fitness benefits of Pilates using Matwork and the full range of Pilates equipment. This exciting rehabilitation environment allows you to more accurately address the root cause of injuries and progress your patients back to optimum fitness. Focus Movement is a host site for Polestar Pilates instructor training programs in Singapore, one of the most recognised Pilates Rehabilitation courses world wide, and has 6 of the Polestar Education team on staff. Our centre is centrally located in Raffles Place, the heart of Singapore CBD. We take our time with patients as most patients get 1 hour assessment and treatment so you have ample time to assess, treat and give them conditioning exercises.

Qualifications

Physiotherapy Degree holder with minimum 3 years experience. Physiotherapist must have experience with using Pilates for rehabilitation particularly on Pilates equipment (prefer Polestar). Experience in treatment of outpatient musculoskeletal injuries and disorders essential.
