As a Program Manager at our fitness company, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing various fitness programs and initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution of fitness programs that align with our company's vision and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trainers, instructors, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality fitness programs to our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of fitness industry trends, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development:

Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine fitness programs that cater to the needs and interests of our target audience.
Conduct market research and stay up to date with fitness industry trends to identify new program opportunities.
Define program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Program Execution and Management:

Plan, organize, and coordinate the implementation of fitness programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of fitness trainers and instructors for program delivery.
Performance analysis and quality assurance of the team of health coaches/trainers.
Oversee program operations and delivery
Monitor program progress, evaluate effectiveness, and implement improvements as necessary.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other teams to develop effective strategies for program promotion, including digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and partnerships with influencers.
Collaborate with coaches to provide guidance, support, and resources necessary for their professional development and program success.

Customer Relationship Management:

Interact with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate it into program enhancements.
Address customer escalations , concerns, and complaints related to fitness programs, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes engagement and participation in fitness programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in a related field (e.g., nutrition , dietetics, business administration) is preferred.
Proven experience in program management within the fitness industry.
Strong knowledge of fitness program development
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team of trainers and instructors.
Understanding of marketing principles and experience in promoting fitness programs is a plus.
A passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
