Requirements

Have experience minimal 2-3 years in Sales Supervisor/Sales Leader (gym/fitness, non-formal education, bank, insurance industries background) will be preferable
Must have (basic/fluent) spoken and written English
Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
Ability to guide and mentor sales team
Flexible, highly committed and result oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead and manage one location studio
Plan and direct the hiring and training of new sales representatives
Ensure achievement of divisional and personal sales targets
Coordinate with marketing department on lead generation
Selling membership with target-oriented
Answer the question about our program and recommend the right solutions
Visiting members and potential members to evaluate needs or promote products and services
Make phone calls for potential clients
Capable of meet the studio sales KPI such as appointment, phone calls, referral
