Kickoff is the easiest way to get started building your own online personal training and nutrition coaching business. Our AI dramatically decreases the time it takes to recruit and delight clients, so you can charge clients far less while helping many more clients and make more money per hour.

THE ROLE

The Kickoff coach role is not a conventional job but rather a platform that enables our coaches to build their own business incredibly easily. We provide tools and step-by-step guidance for coaches to acquire, train, delight, retain, and get referrals from clients.

We provide AI-based tools that reduce what would normally be 100 hours of marketing or training work to 1 hour while massively improving the results for the coach and for the client. We help coaches scale to 20-50 clients (depending on how much time they can commit), train them in a couple minutes per day per client from anywhere in the world, and retain 90%+ month to month.

We are looking to bring on caring, empathetic, motivated coaches who want to build their own businesses and democratize access to quality training and nutrition coaching. Kickoff enables coaches to work at their own pace, from less than hour a day to a full-time job and is intended for coaches who are serious about scaling their positive human impact and being a part of building the future of health and wellness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow our simple daily guidance to build an online presence, generate leads, close them, train them, and retain them.
Motivate, inspire, inform and challenge clients every day as you follow our guidance, driving incredible outcomes with personalized fitness, nutrition, and wellness programs delivered to clients via our app, text message, and coach-to-client video.
Show us that you can maintain high levels of lead conversion and client retention.

REQUIREMENTS:

Current personal training or strength and conditioning certification, or 4 year undergraduate equivalent
Willingness to either promote yourself online or let us do it for you.
Extremely high emotional intelligence: Able to motivate the most demotivated and difficult clients.
Expertise in the human body, training, nutrition, and fitness schedule programming.
Willingness to put in the work to complete simple daily to dos guided and aided by our coach app.

NICE TO HAVES:

Advanced strength and conditioning certification
Advanced degree in training or nutrition
Experience with startups and/or cutting edge tech
Social media maven: Ability to build a brand on the web and acquire customers
Sales experience

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
