This is a Manager in training position. You will be trained in a variety of Sales and Operations positions starting with a Sales Associate, Lead Sales Associate and eventually upon successful completion of this program be promoted to a Studio Manager of one of our 7 studios located in Illinois. Once promoted to a Studio Manager your compensation will move from hourly to a full Salary. Total Compensation for a Studio Manager is $57,000-$65,000. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Monthly Bonus + BiMonthly Commission. This total training process take 60-120 days. We ask that you be flexible to work at either our South Loop, McCormick or Hyde Park locations.
