Job Responsibilities

Assist in preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisement, interview arrangements, preparing employment contract etc
Assist in various human resources initiatives in relation to recruitment activities, employee relations and internal communications etc
Provide HR administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

Degree or Diploma holder in HRM or related disciplines
Fresh graduates will be also considered
1 years’ experience in HR with experience in recruitment would be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel and Chinese Word processing
Mature, attentive to details, organized and independent
More experience will be consider as Assistant Human Resources Officer
Immediate available is highly preferred
