Requirements:

· Laptop or tablet to perform live virtual sessions

o Must be a large enough area to demonstrate your workouts

o Must be clean and free of clutter

o Must have decent lighting

o Must be quiet

Job Duties:

· Perform live virtual group classes (Zoom)

· Work from home, fully online

· Build rapport and maintain relationship with clients

· Be prepared and on time for virtual sessions

· Coach clients (correcting form, controlling pace and flow of workout)

· Create group class routines weekly

· Explain the purpose of an exercise to clients and provide any modifications needed

· Communicate with the other members of the training team and General Manager

· Maintain a clean area in which to demonstrate exercises

Qualifications:

*You must hold and maintain an active certification as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, or other form of fitness instruction.

Certified with an accredited organization:

· ACE, NASM, ACSM, IFPA, ISSA, CrossFit, etc

Hold a Diploma in a related field:

· sports medicine, exercise science, physical education, kinesiology, or a similarly related field

· Strength and Conditioning

· Functional Group Fitness Instruction

· Zumba

· Pound

· Cardio

· CrossFit

· Pre/Post Natal Specialization

· Menopause Specialization

Experience:
