Revo Training Center is looking to hire another coach! We’re a quickly growing training facility based in Missoula, Montana that offers group classes, semi-private, and one-on-one training with a focus on progressive program design and helping clients reach their needs. We’re ready to add to our team of coaches and are looking for someone interested in continuing to learn new methodologies, help build a strong and positive community, and offer Missoula a better way to train. We are only interviewing people who can start soon/immediately and are currently local to Missoula.

At Revo we train all ranges of abilities ranging from post-rehab, general population, to high level athletes. Our focus is helping people reach their own goals and embrace the process and have some fun along the way.

This a part-time position with high potential for adding more hours and responsibilities. We are still a young expanding company and are eagerly looking for team members looking to grow and expand with us as we build our community. This current position we are hiring for will require early mornings, calling all early birds!

And a big plus if you’re an outdoor athlete / like to play in the mountains.
We strongly prefer and will prioritize individuals who treat this field as their profession.

Requirements:

CPR and CPT certification required.
Minimum of one year experience in the fitness industry.
Must be available for early morning classes.

Pay starts at $20/hour for the class hours, depending on experience and availability. There is also an opportunity to earn healthy commissions and many more coaching hours including one on ones at a higher rate ASAP.
