Our client is at the forefront of the high-tech play and fitness industry, providing innovative products to indoor play centres, trampoline parks, schools, NHS and physical rehabilitation centres across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. The indoor play/leisure industry has seen huge growth over the last few years and is forecasted to continue on that growth.

The health industry is crying out for forward-thinking providers to assist and support with their rehabilitation and wellbeing programmes and this fits perfectly with what our client is trying to achieve.

Our client has several potential clients and existing clients running trials with their products throughout the year, they’re looking for someone to spearhead and lead their trials and case studies department.

We’re looking for a real people person with great enthusiasm and communication skills. You’ll be working with your clients to understand the results of the trials, create case studies and documents with the help of marketing to then present to the wider business for external use.

Role:

Project planning – create a detailed staged plan for upcoming case studies, trials and testimonials
Customer engagement
Create relevant documents for case studies/trials/testimonials including participant
Use the captured feedback and user insight to create and write up case studies
Trial sites - manage the relationship with the end customer that you are collecting data with/on.
Plan regular customer visits to gather marketing material, testimonials and customer feedback
Work alongside the marketing department to make your findings presentable for both sales and marketing purposes

An excellent communicator
Confident with writing up your findings
Friendly, outgoing, and positive, and very much a team player
Good at researching and project management
Excellent at managing your time and priorities across multiple projects and areas
Interested in sport and exercise with a competitive spirit
Good fun – we think a sense of humour is essential for good team working
Able to use your initiative

Additional skills preferred:

Background, or a strong interest in sport science, health and wellbeing. You’ll be working closely with patient groups including those with dementia, stroke, cardiovascular disease and more, so an ability to understand the human body and the impact of exercise interventions on these patients is key
Experience of creating and implementing customer surveys
Experience of exercise testing and/or fitness assessments
