TTF utilises a unique training approach of kickboxing and boxing techniques combined with light weights training to make common fitness classes such as CARDIO, CORE, BUTT or HIIT fun again and increase their effectiveness.
TTF's Kick Punch Lift fitness classes are full-body exercises. We are using our 20+ heavy boxing bags in combination with light weights training and body weight workouts to push you towards reaching your goals and beyond.
We currently operate two locations in Adelaide, in Torrensville (West) and Somerton Park (South).
