Qualifications

• Passion to transform people's lives through health, wellness, and mindfulness.
• A 4-year degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, or a related field of study is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry or equivalent preferred.
• A current national personal training certification (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NSCA, NSCF, CSCS) is required.
• Strong knowledge of kinesiology, biomechanics, human anatomy, and movement screening is required.
• Experienced in programming for injury prevention, post-rehab recovery, physical limitations, and high-performance athletics.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Yoga & Pilates Reformer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching for clients
• Record all training sessions in client workout journals.
• Create social media content (Blogs & IG)
• Attend in-person weekly staff meetings
• Attend marketing events
• Maintain equipment and facilities
• Weekly 1:1 meeting with Supervisor

Pay: $40,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
