THE ROLE

We are looking for a performance-driven Club Manager who shares our values to help lead our growing teams.

This important role focuses on cultivating outstanding results by empowering and growing our talented humans and effectively managing our end-to-end club operations, facilities and member experience.

Our multi-service gyms are large. A single club has a team of 3 Managers, 40+ Personal Trainers, 30+ Group Instructors, and a Membership Team servicing 5,000+ members, so this role is not for the faint-hearted.

About You

To be happy and successful in this role, you must love (and have a track record of) growing great humans, achieving big targets, and driving a culture of exceeding expectations. If you are not prepared to get your hands dirty and lead from the front, then this is not the role (or the company) for you.

More About You~

  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Frontline Management role;
  • Your passion for Learning and Development is matched with hands-on experience;
  • You are a self-driven high achiever;
  • You have a ‘people first’ approach to leadership;
  • You have service-industry experience, or similar.


More About the Role~

Your role accountabilities span four core success areas~

Business Management~

You will be responsible for driving overall business success at the club-level, through analysis, planning and goal-setting, informed by historical business performance data.


Sales Management~

You will be responsible for achieving targeted benchmarks through effective Lead Generation, Lead Management, Sales Performance and Sales Coaching.


Services Management~

You will ensure a great member experience through effective management of all member account enquiries, facility maintenance and debt.


People Management~

You will drive the growth and development of your team through timely and relevant training and one-to-one coaching while ensuring their personal satisfaction and success through the facilitation of their long-term career development.
