The Role;

Our Personal Training Managers are known as Head Coaches as we believe coaches need great coaches. This role is ultimately responsible for the Coaching Team in its entirety and is focused on developing their team while also making sure all results are achieved. You are responsible for the leadership and development of your home club Coaching team. A Head Coach is hands on, and must demonstrate an outstanding ability to coach, educate, mentor and inspire for meaningful results in both people and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Certifications;

  • Minimum Cert IV in Fitness
  • Demonstrated record of achievements and success
  • First Aid & CPR

A Head Coach drives the performance of other leaders within their home club and has the capacity to influence performance at other clubs through educating and mentoring Level 1 and 2 Head Coaches, whilst maintaining their home club as a centre of excellence.
