The Role

Derrimut 24:7 Gym in is currently seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated Trainer, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service by helping clients through fitness and health.

Operating as a Sub-Contractor within our facility, creating your own hours, managing your own clientele and growing your business.

The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following:

• Provide one on one personal trainer sessions
• Contribute to providing exceptional service to helping our members achieve their health and fitness dreams
• Client Check-Ins
• Coaching

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Well presented, professional and enthusiastically customer focused
• Motivated, organised and results driven
• Experience in building and managing client relationships
• To be up to date with fitness trends within the industry
• Passionate knowledge of fitness, strength and cardiovascular training, programming, etc.
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Punctual
• Self-starter

To be eligible for this position you must have:

• Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current Registration and Insurance
• ABN
• Police Check
