Mission
To develop a world-class team of trainers, achieve client results, and create raving fans of the gym through team management and retention activity.
Position Outcomes
- Personal Training Clients attendance higher than 80%
- CrossFit clients attendance (3x/week) higher than 60%
- Maintain 80%+ membership renewals & upgrades
- 2 new customer reviews every month
- Team members are at 85% or performance targets
- 1 new member referred every month
Pay
Potential to earn up to $45,000-75,000 per annum + super + bonus

Major Duties
- Ownership & delivery of all program design (Personal Training Clients & CrossFit Program)
- Complete member/client onboarding, assessments & renewals
- Coaching 10-15 CrossFit Class per week
- Coaching 5-15 semi-private sessions per week
- Coaching other trainers in all techniques
- Completing education/certification requirements
- Support Gym Operations
Minimum Qualifications
- CrossFit Level 2 or Higher
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness or Higher
