ABOUT THE ROLE

The Third Party Sales team at Peloton is responsible for driving subscription growth by expanding product distribution to third-party partner channels. The Account Manager will manage strategic relationships with third-party retailers and help define the strategy and execution of business initiatives across partner channels. The ideal candidate has solid business acumen, an analytical mindset, a track record of managing strategic relationships, and success in launching new business models, initiatives, or products.

The ideal candidate would be able to drive decision-making across a group of stakeholders, both internally and externally, and leverage business performance insights to create opportunities within partnership channels.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Own the overall success of partner account, assessing partner needs, identifying risks and opportunities, report results, and developing strong, long-term, consultative relationships with third party retail partners
  • Develop ongoing partner sales strategy and roadmap, driving key outcomes such as new customer acquisition at a low cost of acquisition
  • Lead partner negotiations in partnership with Sr. Director, third party sales
  • Lead and manage monthly and quarterly partner business reviews
  • Evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement to drive sales and operational efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute partner roadmap
  • Serve as a partner to strategy and marketing to craft our go-forward pricing and promotional strategy
  • The role may require travel, depending on partnership geography

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with strong oral and written communication skills, proven multi-tasking ability, quantitative analysis skills, and negotiation experience
  • 8+ years experience in Account Management, Project/Program Management, e-Commerce or Retail preferred
  • Retail (brick and mortar) experience, associate training, and partner marketing a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly fast paced and ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and outstanding organization skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, which requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Proven experience using data to influence business decisions
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Base Salary: $146,500.00 to $181,660.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
