This temporary position is remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S.
Job Summary
As a Sales Lead Qualification Specialist you will be a leading player on the Franchise Development team. This is an attractive opportunity for the right person to get in on the ground floor and, based on performance, be on track for a successful career in sales with an exciting brand. You will perform a variety of tasks that will assist in facilitating sales in every possible way in order to drive sustainable growth. Your Responsibilities
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Navigate through high-volume calls, texts and emails while responding in a timely manner
• Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
• Research, generate interest and identify ideal prospects
• Aggressively prospect, develop, and route qualified opportunities to the sales team
• Perform effective online demos to prospects
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities in an accurate and timely manner
• Meet and exceed individual daily, weekly and monthly lead goals
• Follow Lead Qualification Call Script
Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of effective sales and lead-generation strategies along with extensive cold-calling experience as well as industry best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and business
• Highly personable and capable of building rapport with potential and prospective clients by phone
• Solid business development focus, willing to prospect and uncover new potential prospects
• Successful history and proven ability to meet and exceed goals to secure targets
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
