The role
We are seeking a driven and skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of some of our most important partners throughout the UK.
You will be responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and nurturing, long-term key partners by working collaboratively with them to understand their objectives and deliver against their mission through utilisation of Life Fitness products and solutions.
The Responsibilities
- Actively participate in team culture, sharing best practices with your colleagues to achieve department and company objectives.
- Project a positive, helpful, and can-do attitude, while being an active listener to attend to multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Work collaboratively with the UK organisation to deliver a many-to-many approach and ensure stakeholders are aligned to key account status.
- Develop trusting relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Acquire and develop a thorough understanding of key partners needs and requirements, expanding opportunities by continually presenting solutions that meet their objectives.
- Be the main point of contact between our partners and internal functions.
- Lead negotiation of contracts with Key Accounts.
- Interpret market data and identify trends to provide insight-led solutions to our partners.
- Achieve annual targets, supporting our partners with mutually beneficial, commercially viable sales from forecasted projects.
- Reach weekly and monthly KPI’s set out by the UK Sales Directors, aligned to business and company strategy.
- Upsell and cross-sell potential solutions within existing partners to maximise our wallet share.
- Utilise CRM system to record, track and manage all partner interactions.

- Be a formidable relationship builder, with proven success in national account management and building partner-focused solutions.
- Promote Life Fitness’ solutions to achieve mutual benefit to our partners, as well as Life Fitness, with your goal being to sustain and grow our business, aligned to our long-term strategic vision.
- Possess the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrate excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Is willing to travel nationally to engage with our partners, with occasional overnight and international stays required.
- Be a team player, with a customer centric approach.
