We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at a gym facility. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving membership sales and promoting our gym services to prospective customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and expertise in sales and marketing automation tools. You will be responsible for lead generation, lead nurturing, calling leads, and ultimately generating walk-ins for our gyms.
- Generate Leads: Utilize various lead generation strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, social media, referrals, and partnerships, to identify potential customers interested in joining the gym.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to engage with prospects, build relationships, and guide them through the sales process, providing information, answering queries, and addressing concerns.
- Sales and Marketing Automation: Leverage sales and marketing automation tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing software, lead tracking systems) to streamline sales processes, manage leads effectively, and maximize conversion rates.
- Cold Calling: Proactively contact leads through outbound calls to introduce our gym services, highlight the benefits of membership, and schedule appointments for facility tours and consultations.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the needs, goals, and fitness aspirations of potential members, and tailor sales presentations to showcase how our gym can help them achieve their fitness objectives.
- Membership Sales: Present membership options, pricing plans, and incentives to prospects, using persuasive sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with gym members by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their fitness experience.
- Walk-in Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate walk-in traffic, including promotional activities, local marketing initiatives, and partnerships with local businesses, to drive membership growth.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and member interactions in the CRM system, and generate regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
