Role: Content Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000
Location: Office based in Greater Glasgow area.

Our client is a leading strength brand in Europe, with a focus on supplying bespoke training equipment and designing commercial and home gyms. About the Role
As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and articulating the brand voice across all channels and creative assets. You will implement the content marketing strategy across the full customer journey, including email, social media, video, website, ad copy, and PR. You will create and maintain a content plan that talks to key customer segments and personas while ensuring that content is created and launched on time to provide ROI.
Responsibilities
• Establish a consistent brand voice that is instantly recognisable across all channels and creative assets.
• Execute the content marketing strategy throughout the customer journey and across all marketing channels (Email, social media, video, website, ad copy and PR) making it easy to find, consume, and share.
• Develop and manage a content plan tailored to key customer segments and personas, ensuring timely creation and launch of content that provides ROI.
• Facilitate organic search growth by creating and publishing optimised content, partnering cross-functionally and with an external agency to maximise backlink opportunities and improve search results.
• Improve conversion rates across all channels, from email copy to creative ad content, by evolving digital campaign content.
• Lead the social strategy to grow audience engagement and reach, ultimately generating new customers and strengthening brand connections.
• Collaborate with the wider content team, including designers, content creators, external agencies, and photographers, to ensure all content aligns with the brand and drives business goals.
• Support the growth of a community of influencers, working with our social media agency to cultivate key relationships that expand brand reach, drive new customer growth, and maximize promotions.
Requirements
- 3+ Years in a senior content marketing position.
- A strong background in writing copy for various channels.
- Experience managing various content functions, from video briefing to graphic designers.
- Knowledge of SEO best practice and a strong understanding of the impact content has on organic results.
- Experience implementing social media strategies.
- Experience working towards various business goals through content management, reporting on success referring to business KPI’s.
