MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Promote safety of members, quality in programs, safety and appearance of the gym at all times.
- Provide guidance and role modeling to members.
- Teach Movements to members at varying stages of development.
- Promote and stimulate program participation, welcome new members and participate in their orientation process.
- Participate in staff meetings as required.
- Plan and conduct daily training sessions. These programs include but are not limited to:
- Strength/Skill Development – Program designed to introduce and develop various strength/ lifting skills and/or movement.
- Assure that there is a daily written schedule and that activities begin and end on time.
- Maintain the safety, appearance and cleanliness of the training area at all times.
- Maintain close daily contact with members, supervisor and general public to receive/provide information, discuss issues, and understand guidelines/instructions.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- CrossFit Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
- Coaching: 1 year (Required)
- Personal training: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- Certified Personal Trainer Certificate (Required)
