Job Description
The dual role will include the following responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Support practitioners in preparing doctors' work desk, on-day patient files and following-up with clients, including sending reminders regarding to patient samples and lab reports and following-up enquiry from clients with the practitioners
- Handle customer check-in & check-out service
- Oversee and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service for clients and visitors
- Manage and be responsible for front desk services, including handling enquiries, appointments, room allocation, billing and collecting payments
- Handle and liaise with patients and their agents requiring special care, such as programs with series of consultations, treatments and payment schedules
- Provide information of clinic’s services, treatments and products to potential clients
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth daily operation in the clinic
- Handle mailing and courier services
- Clinical administrative support
- Other duties as assigned by the clinic management
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 4 years reception experience in medical or healthcare industry
- Able to work with positive and professional attitude and willing to learn
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivate
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Experienced in Clinic or Health Centre is an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
