As the Director, PR and Communications at F45 Training (All brands including F45, FS8, and Vaura Pilates), you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations and communication initiatives that enhance the company's reputation, engage our target audience, and support our business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping the narrative of F45 Brands and strengthening its presence in the fitness and wellness industry.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and communications strategy that aligns with F45 Brands' business goals and objectives globally.
- Media Relations: Proactively pitch and secure media coverage for F45 Brands and its initiatives, collaborating closely with our PR agencies.
- Brand Messaging: Create and maintain consistent and compelling brand messaging across all communication channels, ensuring alignment with F45 Brands' values and mission.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of press releases, articles, blog posts, and other written content that showcases F45 Brands' expertise and thought leadership in the fitness and wellness industry.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans and strategies to effectively manage and mitigate potential reputation risks.
- F45 Athletes and Ambassadors: Led the global F45 athlete and ambassador team, developing quarterly strategies for F45 athletes, ambassadors, and influencer partnerships. This includes studio visits, track events, and media opportunities. Work closely with the Director of Content to support the cadence of social content.
- Direct Reports: Lead and collaborate with direct reports to execute PR initiatives effectively, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy, in particular, PR Coordinator, who will oversee the daily administration of the F45 Athlete team.
- Internal Communications: Be a support to the Vice President of Marketing for internal communications, ensuring that employees are well-informed about company initiatives and objectives.
- Measurement and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of PR and communication efforts. Regularly analyze data and adjust strategies as needed.
- Budget Management: Manage the PR and communications budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior PR and communications role, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong media relations skills with a track record of securing positive media coverage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Crisis management experience is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term PR and communication strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
