LSF is currently looking for a driven, ambitious IT Coordinator that is looking to take on a great role managing all facility operations of a large-scale health club. We are looking for an IT Coordinator to oversee our Information Technology needs in our Chicago and Milwaukee locations. The IT Coordinator will not primarily provide IT support but will play an integral role in IT policy development, managing relationships with our IT service provider, and liaising with different departments. This role will also involve direct troubleshooting, primarily with desktop and printer issues.
Collaborate with our IT service provider to identify and propose solutions for our IT needs.
Coordinate between clubs and departments to align IT initiatives with broader organizational goals.
Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Responsible for managing IT budget, making recommendations for cost optimization and upgrades.
Oversee risk management and cybersecurity measures with the support of the IT service provider.
Plan and implement IT infrastructure projects with the help of our IT support provider.
Prepare and present detailed reports on IT status, initiatives, and investments to the leadership team.
Train and coach staff on IT systems, protocols, and best practices.
Liaise with external stakeholders such as clients and partners on IT-related matters.
Contribute to disaster recovery planning and business continuity plans with the support of the IT service provider.
Proven experience in IT coordination or similar role.
Excellent understanding of IT principles, systems, and infrastructures.
Experience in managing IT service providers and vendors.
Exceptional ability to train users on technology and build reports and plans.
Strong knowledge of IT risk management and cybersecurity principles.
Ability to manage and optimize IT budgets.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
While this role does not primarily involve IT support, the candidate will be expected to handle troubleshooting tasks, primarily related to desktops and printers.
