As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and loyalty among our F45 members. We're looking for someone who's customer-focused and can bring their expertise in lifecycle marketing best practices and frameworks that support our franchise network.

Responsibilities:

  • As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy for F45. This includes identifying key customer touchpoints and providing frameworks to support our franchise network.
  • One of our top priorities is member retention, and you will play a critical role in achieving this goal. You will develop and execute initiatives that reward members for their achievements and long-term commitment to F45. You will work closely with our franchisees to promote and support these programs.
  • To ensure the success of our franchisees, you will develop and execute evergreen marketing materials and resources that help them promote their businesses effectively. You will also share best practices to help franchisees create and implement effective lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • You will be responsible for utilizing automation through our current franchisee systems to streamline and personalize member communication. 
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and personalized content that provide customers with a seamless and engaging experience across touch points.
  • Work with agency partners to develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns and events that align with the brand's marketing and business objectives.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and measure the success of lifecycle marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest lifecycle marketing trends and technologies, sharing insights and best practices with the marketing team and other departments and providing training and support to franchisees on how to leverage these tools and techniques to improve customer engagement.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Strong customer touchpoint focus, with experience developing and executing campaigns that provide a seamless and engaging experience for customers across all touch points.
  • Strong franchisee support skills, with experience developing and executing campaigns that provide best practices to lead the industry. 
  • Strong data analysis and management skills, with experience using customer data to inform marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement.
  • Strong email marketing and automation skills, with experience developing targeted campaigns and automated customer journeys that provide personalized and relevant content to members.
  • Ability to write persuasive and engaging copy
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
