About the role

We’re looking for Marketing & Events Executive to support with the delivery of full mix marketing activity across webinars, social media, email marketing, events and advertising.  

Reporting to our Global Marketing Director, you’ll collaborate closely with the wider marketing team, particularly supporting our Content Specialist in crafting copy for social content and event campaigns.

This position is well suited to someone with a broad marketing background, who is enthusiastic and works well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting with copywriting for social media, collateral and email campaigns 
  • Scheduling social media posts and managing account pages  
  • Collaborating with the team to identify relevant industry events and conferences, submit speaker proposals, plan and organise events and conferences, including attending conferences as an exhibitor
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to organise events, webinars and media coverage; ensuring we deliver to a high standard
  • Supporting with Sales Enablement; managing email templates, content, sales support
  • Providing organisation, project management and market research support across the team 
  • Managing the email enquiry inboxes in a timely manner
  • Monthly reporting on analytics, performance and ROI
  • Conducting ad hoc administrative support for the marketing team


About you

  • Experience in a hands on, full mix marketing role, working on various different aspects of marketing  
  • Excellent written communication skills - copywriting and basic design skills are essential 
  • Proof reading skills with excellent attention to detail 
  • Skilled at managing own workload effectively, often working on multiple projects at a time 
  • A collaborative approach to work – able to engage stakeholders and your team effectively, and lead on projects  
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office  
  • Passion – either professionally or personally – for behavioural science would be advantageous
  • This person will need to have flexibility to occasionally work non-traditional office hours around events: early mornings, evenings
