Men's PLM Coordinator

As the PLM Coordinator (Men's) you will report directly into the Director of Merchandising and will be meticulously driving data integrity, by managing all style data entry into our PLM system, including but not limited to new style set up, style adds/drops and attribute updates accordingly across seasons for Men’s, Unisex, Accessories and special projects. This role will employ an exceptionally high level of accuracy in managing pricing, sizing, categories, subcategories, retail launch dates, deliveries, store assortments, style and color status, among several other important PLM fields of data. This role will ensure accuracy in reporting as well as communicate updates to all cross-functional partners and respond to high-priority updates with urgency and accuracy.


  • Creating style shells in PLM
  • Entering and maintaining all seasonal data in PLM ensuring that all cross functional partners receive accurate information in order to produce business reports
  • Executing updates for all styles across multiple active seasons and responsible for communicating updates to cross functional partners
  • Managing, optimizing and auditing of existing data
  • Recognizing opportunities to improve processes and finding solutions to help solve issues
  • Following up with cross functional partners as needed on various updates or solutions presented
  • Producing, maintaining, and distributing ad hoc and routine reports
  • Recording detailed notes during team meetings and updating shared team files
  • Creating Buy Logs for seasonal assortments and communicating to cross functional partners
  • Creating and maintaining milestone deadlines trackers and calendars ensuring teams are tracking to be on time across several ongoing projects

  • Creative, results-oriented who possesses excellent prioritization and project management skills, and who has a strong sense of focus, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A positive go-getter and team player, who can also work independently with the ability to troubleshoot and work in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
  • Highly proficient in using the MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$68,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
