Responsibilities:

As a Performance Marketing Manager at F45 Training, you will…

  • Digital Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of franchise sales digital marketing campaigns across channels like paid search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing.
  • Sales Event Management: Coordinate and oversee sales events, ensuring they align with overall marketing and sales strategies.
  • Member Marketing Program Oversight: Direct the Member Marketing Program, overseeing marketing for upcoming studio openings, setting up and managing studio social media accounts in line with brand standards, and organizing social media structures within the franchise.
  • Franchise Network Guidance: Serve as a key advisor, offering expert advice and best practices to enhance marketing efforts across the franchise network.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and events, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and oversee budgets for digital campaigns and sales events to maximize return on investment.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop strategies to reach target audiences through digital and event marketing effectively.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams for unified campaign strategies and execution.
  • Testing and Optimization: Regularly test and improve digital marketing strategies and event approaches for optimal results.
  • Market Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and event management trends, integrating new and effective practices.
  • Vendor and Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support campaign and event execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing and event management, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong track record in managing digital campaigns and organizing successful sales events.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business  Manager)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects.
