CrossFit is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for overseeing new programs within the Education department, which includes a combination of operational oversight, strategic planning, KPI measurement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective and scalable delivery. You will report to the Director of Education Strategy, but will work closely with others both in the Education department and cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will possess program management or strategy experience, leadership capabilities, a high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities. This role has the opportunity to grow along with the Company’s expansion.



Leadership and Strategy

      Identify areas of opportunity for growth within EDU, collaborating cross- functionally to execute

      Lead the overall strategy for new EDU programs, including the identification of objectives, key results, and metrics to measure success

Operations and Management

      Manage the day to day execution of new programs, acting as the point of contact for all program related questions both from internal stakeholders and external customers

      Partner cross-functionally to scale programs based on success and company priorities

Data and Analytics

      Identify KPIs and measures of success for new programs, reporting out to stakeholders as needed

      Leverage insights from data collected and provide recommendations and insights to leadership for further action


      Experience with NetSuite and intermediate/advanced Excel skills preferred

      Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction and collaboration with all levels of personnel

      Adaptable to a changing, fast-paced work environment

      Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

      Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently

      Ability to dive deep into the numbers, but also provide high level takeaways for the executive team


      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field

      Masters preferred, but not required

      5-7 years of program management or strategy experience
