Senior Director, Global Network Performance

The Senior Director, Global Network Performance's primary goal will be to develop a strategy and build and manage a team of network performance managers to drive and increase the franchise network Average Unit Volumes (AUVs) through continuous and systematic review and evaluation of data-driven network insights.


  • Continually analyze network performance data to identify trends, strengths and areas of improvement for F45 Training performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to regularly evaluate HQ’s Performance standard operating procedures (SOPs), trial/membership conversion metrics and membership sales goals, establishing processes and strategies to increase network AUVs.
  • In conjunction with the Education department, establish and develop network performance SOPs, trial/membership conversion metrics and membership sales goals for future F45 Training brands, including FS8 and Vive Active.
  • Collaborate with the Education and Marketing departments to ensure that any changes to existing, or the creation of new SOPs, metrics or goals are properly communicated so that all departments are aligned and both educational and marketing content can be amended or produced as necessary.
  • Work with the Senior Vice President, Global Product to formulate a performance team structure and strategy that allows for franchisee evaluation at scale and provision of performance support in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop an in-studio performance manager visit calendar with sufficient cadence to train studio management teams on SOPs, conversion metrics, sales tactics and keep them on track with all of HQ’s performance standards.
  • Advocate to senior leadership for any additional systems, tools and personnel resources that will ensure that the agreed strategy can be executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Work with the Senior Vice President, Global Product to formulate and manage the budget for the Performance department, and ensure prudent and ongoing adherence to the approved budget.
  • Provide strong leadership to the performance team. Set clear goals / KPIs, monitor progress, and provide mentorship and support to team members. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Develop a process and framework for franchisees to provide constructive feedback on the performance team to help continue to develop processes to drive AUV growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging fitness technologies, and competitor offerings to help F45 Training maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study required.
  • Minimum 8 years prior related experience leading franchise network performance required. 
  • Track record for building and leading high performing teams.
  • Experience in delivering educational content to franchisees in various delivery formats (e.g., one-on-one, large scale presentation, etc.). 
  • Proficient in thriving within a dynamic entrepreneurial setting.
  • Excel at delivering engaging presentations, public speaking and building relationships with franchisees, managers and direct reports. 
  • Strong athletic background and knowledge of operational systems for successful fitness franchise businesses, including thorough understanding of membership sales, member experience, management of coaching staff and studio-level business operations. 
  • Exceptionally organized and adept at meeting deadlines for assigned tasks.
  • Extensive expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
