Job Summary:We are an industry-leading software company that specializes in creating state-of-the-art digital fitness applications with enhanced AI capabilities for a large technology company. The products and embedded solutions span both web and mobile platforms and are designed to enrich the fitness experiences of our users.
Product Strategy: Work with leadership to define and monitor product strategy and performance across our digital fitness application portfolio. Design and lead the product roadmap, managing goals and resourcing to scale with growth.
Customer Engagement: Engage with users to understand where they are, their strategies, end-to-end fitness journeys, pain points, and priorities. This will inform product strategy and provide transparency into roadmaps while managing expectations.
Collaboration and Partnership: Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and leadership to ensure product and delivery success. Analyze landscape and industry trends to advance our products and drive innovation.
Decision Making and Team Building: Foster and facilitate timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams. Attract, develop, and retain an excellent team of product analysts and managers.
6+ years of product management experience.
2+ years developing machine-learning driven features (e.g. using computer vision, machine perception, language understanding, generative models)
Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Commerce, Kinesiology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Experience across a product lifecycle, driving prioritization, expectations and pre/post-launch execution.
Experience demonstrating a deep understanding of users, data driven decision making, AI technologies and software systems. You have:
Translated business needs into product requirements based on an understanding of user needs, market dynamics and technology (e.g. machine learning) capabilities
Defined offline and user feedback based success metrics for complex features
Defined data collection annotation requirements
Ensured the right data was collected, data was of high integrity and meaningful interpretations were provided.
Proven storytelling and communication skills.
Experience defining vision and strategy for a growth product.
Experience recruiting and leading a cross-functional product team.
Display enthusiasm and a willingness to adapt in a constantly evolving environment
Health, fitness or wellness industry experience.
