We are a not-for-profit leisure trust with we have a strong purpose and commitment to support our local communities and hard-to-reach groups encouraging them to become more active, contributing to improved lives. From Swimming lessons, to walking football and everything in-between we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.

We are looking for outstanding Studio Instructors to join us at Freedom Leisure. The aim is simple – we will deliver the best group exercise programme in the South-East! Already qualified in one or more disciplines across our varied class programme (particularly Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, BodyPump, BodyBalance and BodyCombat), you will have the presence, energy and first class teaching skills to inspire and motivate every one of our members to help us achieve this.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when required

  • Nationally recognised group exercise qualification
  • Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
  • Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
  • To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
